Key Features
The electrically heated cell holder with its digital control unit
ensures samples are always at the same temperature. This can
be very important as fluorescence is inversely proportional to
temperature, so care must be taken if comparing samples at
different ambient temperatures. Temperature can also affect
other sample properties, for example the rate of enzymatic
reactions.
