Labconco’s customer service is

our receptionist answers and
directs your call to a qualified
customer service, product service
or sales representative. Product
specialists are readily available to
answer your application questions.
Education
On our website and in print, we
offer free industry service guides
to aid in the selection of fume
hoods, biological safety cabinets,
freeze dryers and water purifica-
tion systems. At customer
locations, we conduct specialized
training such as lunch and learn
sessions accredited by the
American Institute of Architects
(AIA). In our
company’s audito-
rium, we conduct
training for certifiers
and servicers and
host in-depth, AIA-
accredited laboratory
planning seminars for
architects, engineers
and facility managers.
