Basic Electronics Company Limited
is a family ownership company owned by Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Alarfaj who was involved particularly in the trade of Electronics for more than 40 years (since 1961). He is the chairman for the board of directors as he owns 75% of the company capital.
Assisted by his Son Mr.Qasim Mohamed Alarfaj as General Manager who owns 25% of the capital. Thus the company is purely a 100% family company.

Meantime, Eng.Hamid Alarfaj is the manager for Air Con & Scientific Division in addition to his management to the western region business. His other son Mr. Yassir Alarfaj is the manager of Data & Information Technology Division. While the other son
Mr. Abdul- Rahmann Alarfaj is the Technical& Sales Manager & Director for the southern region business. Meanwhile his brother Ibrahim Alarfaj is the Regional Manager for Central and Northern regions of the Kingdom.

They are being assisted by a selective well-qualified team of administrators such as
Eng. Mohammed Tantawi, Mr. Abdullah Darwish and others.

Currently over 400 employees and workers of various specializations and skills serving in the different branches.

The company is being managed from it’s Head office in Alkhobar while it’s various branches are spreaded kingdom wide. The main Three branches and after Sales service centers are available in Eastern region (Dammam& AlKhobar).
Two branches & service centers in Riyadh. One branch & service center in Jeddah.

While other representation offices for sales and maintenance are available in each of Khamis Mushit, Gasim, Ihsa. Arar, Gizan, Madina in addition to a net of distributors Counting over 1000 distributors spreading kingdom wide. The total space of warehouses ready for storing in all regions is about 100,000 sqm.

The paid up capital of the company is SAR 40 Millions. While the reserved Capital is 20 Millions , Thus the total Capital of the Company comes to SAR 60 Millions.
( i.e. US $ 16 , 000, 000 ).

The activity of the company is mainly in trade of Electrical & Electronics home appliances, Medical and Laboratory Equipments, Security Systems Products and Installations, and other consumer items such as watches, cassette tapes, CD’s, batteries …etc.
